It's the end of the newsroom as we know it. No longer are reporters tied to their no-stories-in-a-newsroom desks, their about-as-mobile-as-a-shed-with-wheels radio cars, their clunky old short-battery-life-and-weigh-half-a-ton reel to reel tape recorders, don't-move-when-you're-using-it mindisc machines or more-delicate-than-a-cashmere-jumper flash recorders.
Now is the age of the mobile journalist using nothing more than a smartphone... so get clicking.
